Two weeks is a long time when your freezer is slowly dying. The tech was excellent in every respect. We had a gas leak and he filled it with gas, saving our food. I'm not waiting around for Sears to find the leak, order parts and schedule another visit. I bought a new freezer and I won't have another Sears service contract |
