| Madeline Woods | I purchased a dryer on Friday November the 22nd 2019 and I was told that I would get it delivered on friday. it was paid at 11:12 am and I didn't recieve it by 5:00 so I called and someone name Christina tried to explain to me that who ever it was sold me the dryer should have told me that it wouldn't be delivered today. But that is not what they said and that is not what the computer said after I finalized my paperwork on the tablet. I understand how things work when delivering but I felt like they shouldn't have told me today if it was going to be the next day. When I tried to explain i had death in the family and the services were the day they wanted to deliver she acted as if I was crazy saying it don't take three hours to get to grenada from winona I know that but its at 1:00 and you can only deliver after 10:30 that not only stops me from attending to my family but it puts them in the middle of my home while family is trying to get ready that's all I was trying to tell her. If I say that I'm going to bring my payment in on the 15 you expect me to make that payment on that day. |
