Does not deserve a star. Took my Bernina in to get serviced and looked at because it was nesting underneath. The lady who did the service was very pleasant. A few days later I called to find out why my machine was nesting. The lady said she did not know why and would need to get someone with more experience to look at it. Was then under the impression they needed to call someone in. Asked how long I would need to wait, she wasn't sure so I said I would come and get the machine. My husband said to give it another day so when I called back a man answer and was very rude. So when I called the next day the lady told me what was wrong and that I would need to order the part myself and bring it up to be put in. Their vender does not carry the part my machine I needed. Who does business like this? Anyway I went and got my machine and the guy at the store was not very helpful and could careless about what was going on.
