Dr. Bonita Coleman | Do not use this service! They can come right out and take your money but two days later when the repair didn't work-.they can't come out for weeks, won't answer the local number and your Money is not refunded! Consider yourself warned!!! This is NOT the Dependable Sears that you grew up with as a child! |
Robert Williams | The first technician showed up, looked at the refrigerator due to it running all the time and only keeping the inside at 44 degrees. Then left to make a call to a fellow tech and came back and said that their is a air baffle that is not working right and that we needed to order a part. Pay half the bill, part comes in and I schedule the next tech to come out to install, he takes everything out and opens up the inside of my re-fridge, which the first tech didn't do and showed me that it was all the way open not closed and that he wanted me to shut off power, we did and everything worked just like it should. He installed the new part even though the old one was working put it all back together collected the rest of the bill and told be to call if that didn't fix it. So now my refrigerator is still at 44 to 45 degrees and I am out 400+ dollars. |
