| Stan Cleveland | Went to location in Olive Branch today had tires mounted, balanced and alignment. I understand tires disposal fees and mounting cost, got it. Also had a issue with sway bar link. Rep told me kit was 50 did l want to go ahead get that done after he had shown me a total cost of 212, so when ahead. Once presented with bill it was 360. Biggest problem was all cost were not disclosed to me prior to work done sway link primarily. I'm in sales also, understand add on's, 12 dollars for nitrogen filled tires you should ask not just add in. The cost for nitrogen was removed after l complained but customer should be given option. Long time customer maybe not now. |

| Anne Quinney | Big time rip-off. Didn't offer to put on a spare so we could drive back to our Oxford gateway people so we had to buy a single tire from them. We liked the Oxford Gateway so much better--they know how to take care of their customers. Refused to honor a coupon. No there was no additional 10 off as claimed by the manager and I have the receipt in front of me to prove it! |
