Today, I went in for the fourth time to purchase floor vents and each time they've been out of stock of the size and color I need. I've literally gone in at all different hours thinking perhaps I was just missing the restock time. Today was the final straw. I asked for help and no one came after two pages and talking to someone in a different department. I waited a total of 20 minutes. That is ridiculous! I'll take my business to Lowe's or Menards from now on. |
