Love this farm supply store! It is well kept, has great employees Amy is awesome, and decent horse/ critter section not to mention clothing, gardening supplies. I've always had good experiences picking up grain from the warehouse. Hope they are around forever!

This store is clean and I have had good experiences with the hardware and rental part of the store. I am basing this review off the service department for power sports. I dropped my machine off for service and some warranty work. I have left 3 voicemails witht he service department and they do not call back. I finally was able to get ahold of someone to ask a technical question about my machine. While on the phone I was told the parts were in and they were going to start on it again. a week later no word on it. left a message again with no call back. I finally called and said I was checking on it because I use it to plow my driveway. I told them if it wasnt going to be done I just need to know so I can have someone plow me out. Again I was told the parts just came in and it should be done that night or next morning. my wife called and left a message again checking on it 4 days after they said it would be done and no call back. it is now a week later and still nothing. I am a service manager for a dealership and my company would never allow this. I guess maybe I hold myself to a higher standard then others but this is getting frustrating. I understand parts dont come in when expected or people call in sick but communication is key. Just be honest as it goes a long ways. I will drive the 2 hours to the next artic cat dealer that everyone raves about. I can see why the powersports part of this store has been getting smaller over the years. Long story short I recommend going some place else. I also decided to rent a trailer from another place because of this.
