The rep who sold us our Mitsubishi mini-splits was way more knowledgeable than reps from the other companies whose bids we solicited, and he mapped out a cooling system that allowed us to have the cooling units on opposite sides of our house, connected to one compressor or whatever it is called. Our experience since with maintenance and response time has been perfect. The technicians are prompt, respectful, and good at troubleshooting not that we've had anything major - just needing more refrigerant.

Call to service broken furnace was timely, courteous, and reasonably priced, Steve the technician is a patient and thorough communicator. We have worked with Practical Systems/4 Front for many years and have always been impressed with their service.

Practical Systems installed the HVAC system in a basement remodel project that included installing a separate basement zone. The new zone has worked out very well in the house. The installers were always on-time and worked efficiently to get the project done. The quality of work was excellent. Practical Systems also came out last winter when my furnace blower malfunctioned. They replaced it with a new blower on the same day.
