| Jack Richter | I have used this amazing Repair Center over and over again for at least 12 years now and EVERY SINGLE TIME I receive OUTSTANDING SERVICE by the ENTIRE STAFF. This is a family owned business and they do small electric repairs that other big box stores won't touch. I seriously think that the other reviewer on here is totally ridiculous in his or her review and I do not believe for a minute that they had bad service. The front desk person is actually the owners wife and she is totally caring and kind and pleasant! She even gives out free books to those who want them they have a cool "take a book" shelf in their lobby. The owner and his son do QUALITY REPAIR WORK and I have honestly had them work on things that they spent hours and hours on and they NEVER CHARGED ME. They have fixed halogen lamps, as well as other small electrics and they even were able to work on some expensive Japanese Nikken items for me. The owner and his son have years and years of experience with so many, many different electrics. I ws so thrilled when I learned the owner is passing the business down to his son because it means that this wonderful repair center will go on and on for another 60 years..... it's been in business since the 1950's, so how can you possibly argue with that track record???? I LOVE THE APPLIANCE REPAIR CENTER! |
