| Sarah Winslow Brewer | We had an appointment that was missed - called on a Friday - was given a Monday appt and didn't show. Arrived Tuesday and said they thought issue with Acoil but would need 331 to perform a diagnostic. Due to previous issues with the company we scheduled another contractor to review before committing to the work. The line set was completed by Service Today previously and we have had nothing but trouble and loss of refrigerant since. The other contractor was at our house for 10 minutes and diagnosed 2 bad/faulty welds in the line set that Service Today installed and now will not warranty the work. Instead they wanted to have us spend over 300 to diagnose an issue their company created. I would not recommend them for any heating or AC work. Techs are pleasant but might not be experienced and customer service has not been willing to help. |
