| christine beaupre | This location used to be very helpful and friendly and they still are way better than the Spring Lake Park store they are flat out rude and do not want to deal with customers period. All the Creative Sewing stores are listed as “Authorized Brother Dealers” and “Authorized Accuquilt Dealers”, but they have very limited stock in these brands and all they say is, “We can order it for you”. After hearing that and constantly getting wrong answers to my questions and they never have product. I went elsewhere! I am supposed to get free cleaning in my machine that I bought from them but I'll take my business elsewhere. I am sorry to see these stores going down hill like this! The owner dictates what these stores sell so maybe they are tired of being in business. |
