I am so impressed with Omega Force that I've already recommended them to two people! They were extremely responsive in calling to set up an appointment and within 4 hours I already had a ballpark time the service man would come the next day. The day of the appointment I had another call telling me the serviceman would be here in 12 minutes and Seth was indeed here within 12 minutes! Seth was so friendly, extremely knowledgeable, wouldn't leave until he was satisfied the problem had been solved, taught me a few things to help with maintenance and made recommendations for any future issues. I've never had such a good service man and I really appreciated that he was honest, sincere and genuinely cared about providing excellent service! I give him and the company an A+.

All is I can say is OUTSTANDING WORK Omega Force!!!! I have to thank my neighbor for first using Omega and referring them to me. Seth was our Master Technician to help repair our washer and I have to say the experience was the best customer service and technical assistance and repair work I have seen EVER!!!! Seth was so personal, helpful and just a complete joy to work with. Yes, initially you speak to 'REAL' people when you set up the appointment and it was a two day wait which was fast in today's world. The prices were so reasonable and I am so happy that we have found a Repair service like Omega Force. I highly recommend that you use their services for ANY appliance repair. Seth went above and beyond my expectations and was extremely knowledgeable in his craft. Thank you so much Seth!!!

Nate was hands down the most professional, knowledgeable, efficient, patient and helpful service provider I've ever interacted with. He listened, identified the issue quickly and resolved all in one visit. I would highly recommend Omega and can't praise Nate enough for his work. Job well done!
