However, I never heard from anyone during that 3 week period and I ended up calling after 4 weeks and they did not know about the status of my machine. I heard back the next day that my sewing machine was ready. There were things that were fixed without my knowing in addition to tune up. Fortunately, it was under 100 total, but was disappointed overall with the service and lack f communication by the person that fixed my machine. I get that this store is just the front of this solo business and the machine repair person is the only one within miles of here however he should keep in contact with people. |
