Mary Hanger | I asked bearded man at entrance where a specific cleaning product was located and he told me exactly. When I was done shopping he directed me to the cashier with no line. I was in and out in five minutes. Thank you. |

P P | I've been going to this location for two years and have spent a ton of money on various supplies for projects around the house. Truthfully, they've never been polite or helpful, but never flat out rude like they were last time. We came in with the intention to purchase 2,000 square feet of new hard wood or pergo flooring and maybe even have them install it for us. That's about 12,000 of business for the store. I had a few questions, so we were introduced to "Steve," the so called "Flooring Expert," who was supposed to be this oracle of knowledge. What a jerk. He chose to make his first impression on us by making an offensive and sarcastic remark about our house. He made it very clear from the start that he was not interested in helping us at the moment as he was pre occupied. He asked me to keep talking while he did something else. I tried asking him a couple of questions, he didn't once make eye contact or try to help me with my questions, it seemed as though he didn't think we were serious about making a purchase and went out of his way to make us feel like idiots with every question we asked. Too bad, because we were excited for the new floors and had found a product there that we liked. Now you've lost our business. I will drive far out of my way to avoid doing business there. |
