| Dom J | This store does have some great products, but they are expensive if you want the higher quality items. We bought an outdoor table and 6 chairs, which was over 4k. I expect them to be delivered perfectly. Wrong. IT took THREE tries to get the correct table and with NO scratches or nicks. First time, I got the wrong color table and it also was scratched up, I had to now deal with the exchanges and wait for delivery spot, second table was correct table... but ALSO SCRATCHED.... how is this company's quality control.... FINALLY the third table came and it was in good condition. One of our chairs also had a top piece falling out, customer service said knock it in with a hammer, It would not go, then their field tech had to come to examine it and determined that yes I needed to exchange the chair... FINALLY now after 4 weeks I got the correct chair and correct and not scratched table.... Yes, everything was addressed, but this was a huge hassle and a mess, how can that happen! I'm not sure if I would come back and want to deal with wondering if I'll even get the correct product delivered. |

Then she suggested pieces that would work well for our lifestyle and our desires. This is a great place to shop. Prices were reasonable compared to other places and the customer service was great! |
