matthew Wegleitner | Chase was a great salesperson. He was punctual and professional. We even had him come out twice because we took our time making this big decision. He won't take up your whole day with a long drawn out pitch and he cuts to the chase . We liked his approach. |
Sarah Guse | Window World hired contractors to install windows and doors in our home. The work was done June 4-5. I called our salesperson as soon as the contractors basically ran out of the door. The pictures here are just a small part of all of the issues. The black doors have chipped paint, everywhere there is caulk it is either too much or too little, the wrap is smeared in places, there are nails sticking up, the storm doors don't lock and one barely closes, they didn't wrap two of the windows, they didn't complete a proper threshold for the front door. Maybe the worst part was they didn't put plastic up to protect our house from the mess and there was a layer of dust and debris covering the kitchen. Our salesperson, Ken, assured me that they would make it right. I sent him the pictures. They sent Tim out to look the next week, we had a scheduler call to schedule the work to fix it. I asked that we were sent the list of what they intend to fix first. We have heard from no one since. I have sent at least 4 emails and we have called and left multiple messages. I have reached out to corporate. No one responds. If we get ahold of a person, they assure us they will look into it and get back to us, then days go by and we hear nothing. So, I'm resorting to posting this review. I want to warn people to not do work with this company. |
Chris Swaggert | Very impressed by the installers today. Earl and Jeremiah were great!! Very personable and very professional. I have to admit that I was very leery of windows being replaced in January in Minnesota. Well, the installation went so smoothly and they didn't allow the house to even become chilled. They took the old windows out and had the new ones in so quickly that I was walking around the house in my bare feet and was very comfortable on my hardwood and tile floors. Those guys were great. Did a very nice clean up job and were awesome at slipping in and out of their shoes as they came in and out of the house. Would highly recommend these installers without hesitation. And, don't feel any kind of a draft from any window in the house. |
