| Valerie Sobus | My dishwasher broke. I have three small children. I say this to say we normally run our dishwasher 2x a day and I was completely overwhelmed without it. It took almost a week before someone could come out - fine, hard to wait but not the end of the world. I managed. The guy came today to fix it - he was nice and seemed to do a good job, said it was working. He said to run it once before using it and left. Well, we ran it but it's still not draining what the original problem was. We called back around lunch time and now it's going to be 2 more days before someone can maybe come out ?! I'm not mad that he had thought he fixed it but didn't ... I believe he really had thought he solved the issue. But waiting an additional 2 DAYS seems like awful customer service if you charge someone 200 for a repair but don't actually fix it. |
