Appliance Repair by Sears Appliance Repair in Minnetonka, Minnesota

Sears Appliance Repair is the worst repair experience I've ever had when my refrigerator and freezer stopped working. First, they send someone out who tells me that the compressor is bad, and it will take 8 days for them to come back and put in the part. Then after the repair, my refrigerator is worse, my freezer won't go below 55 degrees and my fridge won't go below 58 degrees. And the worst part is that they charged me 421.69 in LABOR only for this disaster and they won't give me my money back so I can just buy a new fridge. Now I have to wait another week without a fridge for someone else to come out and properly diagnose it, then I will have to wait another week for them to come back and install the correct part and hope it works this time. And they will probably charge me another 421.69 at which point I could have almost paid for a new fridge. By the time this second repair is done, it will have been almost a month without a fridge and it's stressing me out. Lastly, the faulty repair took less than 2 hours and labor is 421.69, so they are charging over 210 per hour for labor. Do you know of any other repair service in the world that charges this much per hour for labor? Not even auto mechanics rip off customer this bad!!!!
