| Stephanie Weber | We ordered our washer and dryer 3 weeks prior to the delivery date. The day before delivery they called to tell us that the dryer wasn't in stock but, they could send a different dryer at the same cost. They called back agin later and said they actually couldn't deliver that dryer to us and would have to push back the delivery date. We wouldn't be home then so they said they would call back and the never did. I ended up calling the next morning and they cancelled the order. It's ridiculous that they had three weeks and then it wasn't in stock and said they would call back and didn't. I won't go back, customer service wasn't great. |
