Dale Trushenski | Called them to see if they price matched. The website said they do but wanted to be told. They reassured me they belong to a national chain for buying power so they can compete with big box stores. I drove over 40 miles to take care of the paperwork and paying them so they could deliver to a new house I bought in Cokato. They had the note for the gal working that Friday so there would be no questions. She had no clue what to do so she called the Hutchinson store and the manager said we match prices for everything but freezers. Then she said they don't match big box stores because they're not local. Needless to say I told them to stick it and ordered it on lines for 120.00 cheaper and even got free delivery! It was much easier than dealing with idiots!! Lowe's rocks and was cheaper than Menards or Home Depot. |
Jeannie Bush | When we moved to Litch we wanted to buy local. Ross happened to be at the store and gave us a full education on washers and dryers. Then our fridge was on its last leg. Repair or replace? Bought a new fridge. And then our dishwasher went out. Service dept tried to save both, but we ended up buying new. Lastly our microwave went out. We are set for a while! Service Dept had speedy response, gave us all options. When buying each appliance, we felt we got the best education ever for that item. |
