| Sonny Chanhvongsak | I had a stain on the ceiling right below my upstairs bathroom which was there when I bought my house, but over the course of a year it grew ever so slightly bigger so I decided to call Mark just to double check I wasn't insane. Sure enough I had a leak somewhere within the wall behind my shower which was very slowly dripping whenever I took a shower which is why I wasn't sure if the stain was getting bigger or not. After finding out what needed to be replaced a valve and some potentially faulty fixtures he recommended this could be a perfect opportunity to update my shower fixtures. So after I made a quick trip to home depot, he went straight to work taking his time to make everything was done properly. After he was done, he went ahead and checked my faucets and toilets to make sure they were working as best as possible he tweaked my toilets so now they flush better and tweaked the stoppers on my sinks so they slide easier. After all was said and done the bill came out to 300 for about 3 hours which was way less than I thought. He truly went above and beyond. I will be calling Mark again for any of my plumbing needs. Highly Recommend!!! |
