| Patti McCoy | We did service on a Sunday at a Dollar General for them. We were called on our on call phone so no fax was sent. We were just told to take care of it. When they got the bill they refused to pay all but 275.00 of the bill. When we called back and talked to the girl that had dispatched the call she said she had approved it because it was an over time call. After several phone calls with our Service Manager we agreed to take 98.00 off of the labor and they agreed to pay the remaining balance. This all started in June of 2017 and to date have not been paid the remaining balance. Don't recommend contractors do business with this company if you want to be paid. I would give them no stars but google won't allow the post without one. |
