| Julie Demars | I just paid 10.69 for their best car wash. Waited in line for 7 other cars, finally got in and the car wash left soap and wax all over my pickup. I called to complain before leaving the carwash because I didn't want to have to wait again in line. The lady working informed me that I had to come out of the stall to the front of the store. When I did, she didn't even come outside to look, she could see it from the store and she said it was wax that would dissolve. I told her that at 3 degrees, nothing was going to dissolve. My outside mirrors were covered in wax which froze on. She was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. She told me that I could go elsewhere to wash my truck. You can be sure that this is the last time that I go there. |
