| B D | Service is so-so. Could not locate the issue. Charged my card 2 months later without warning because warranty refused to cover the service since they could not find the problem, 260 bucks for 25 minutes the tech was on site. We called them to inquire about the charge, got explanation, were told by a guy the bill was in the mail and they would fax it to us as well. Nothing was faxed, and 2 weeks later, still waiting for the bill in the mail. Oh! And don't call the woman in charge of payment processing, she never picks up the phone and insist on you sending an email instead on her phone greeting, not interested in speaking with clients. She states you'll get a quicker answer via email??? I always thought phone was quicker but hey? What do I know.... |
