| Hunter Mcfish | They no longer stock appliance parts. If you need one ordered they will gladly order it and charge you a markup that doesn't make sense. If they can't get you the needed part faster than any Amazon search, why are they making so much profit on these parts? It clearly isn't a convienence fee...I ordered my part from Amazon for 16.37 and received it 2 days before sears could offer it...even with their price of 74. Please shop around and stop paying for a name no longer worthy of the reputation they charge for. |
| Mustang mish | I was given a 4 hour 1-5 PM window for the repair person to show up. I called at 2pm to see if they had a better idea of when the person would be here. I was told that they would be in contact when they where on the way. He called at 4:45 only to tell me he would have to reschedule. Seriously, I have rearranged my entire day to sit and wait for nothing!! I won't be rescheduling 4 hours of my life again! I only gave one star because I couldn't post my review with out selecting a star! |
