Maura K Hagerty | Bought a range oven from WS a part of a 7k package and experienced an error code in November. Two weeks later a technician came out to fix it and left without properly testing the unit. Turns out the oven was still broken, and after Google searching on our own, my husband and I uncovered the real problem. Two technicians had to came back out at two different times to fix what was actually wrong. Instead of refunding the part that was replaced that NEVER NEEDED TO BE replaced, they said we were responsible, even though it was their MISDIAGNOSIS. I didn't care paying for the part and service of the actual problem, or even the service time for the first go round, But the fact that they refused to pay us back for the part that never needed to be replaced was incredibly frustrating. Furthermore, this conversation has been going back-and-forth for almost 3 months. I am shocked that they treat their customers this way, given the ticket price on these items. I will never return to this company and I will go out of my way to tell every friend and family member about how terrible this service experience has been. In the grand scheme of their business, the money they were unwilling to refund us is peanuts to what we could have spent there in the future. |
