Now, they did sell me a few items to do that, but that's fine by me. And best of all - it worked. It easily saved me over 100 in service costs. In return for that lost revenue opportunity, they've got a customer who'll be back many more times. My only thing keeping it from being five stars is that the prices are high on some basic items. I guess that offsets the cost of having knowledgeable people so maybe I'm being harsh... I'd give a 4.5 if I could. |
