| Denise Forsline | Service repairman, Virgil, was great to work with! I give him 5 stars. He did what he said he would do and had it done quickly and thoroughly. He also kept us updated on when he would arrive. I would recommend him! BUT, Sears repair obviously does not have enough repair people as my oven quit working around October 30th but I wasn't able to get it scheduled for repair until December 18th. This made hosting Thanksgiving dinner for 25 people extremely difficult! We paid over 300 for the extended warranty on it and I feel it should not have taken nearly 2 months to get it fixed. Actually, it should not have broken as it is less than 3 years old! : |
