Johnson Mertz Staff were very knowledgeable and determined to help us find a challenging replacement refrigerator. Thank you, Les, for your patience and persistence. Last summer, we needed a replacement washer and they had one delivered the next day and we live an hour away. We'll be there againlikely sooner than we hope to be.

He was very knowledgeable about all the appliances throughout their entire showroom and even gave us helpful tips and advise about things we would have never thought to ask. Additionally, he was very quick to respond to any questions we had via email or calling us back. By far the best customer service we have ever had and you can't beat their prices!! We highly recommend buying from Johnson Mertz and going through Andy Johnson!
