This is the third time I've needed Don for different projects and every time he has done an excellent and professional job. The last time I needed him I was out of town and called him because of a backup. He came quite quickly and took care of the problem at a very reasonably rate. Thank you Don.

Advanced Sewer Service is awesome!! They answered my call right away & Don was very friendly & knowledgeable. He arrived shortly after the call which made me very happy and he was very courteous too, placing down covers on my white carpeted stairs so they wouldn't get dirty. In no time flat he fixed the clogged sewer and explained his findings. To top it off, the cost was the lowest in the area! On Feb. 9th our Sewer was backed up and a friend had referred us to call Don at Advanced Sewer Service. Our house is 114 yrs. old and Don has the knowledge and experience behind him. It turned out we needed to call a plumber as our main trap was probably collapsed.Don referred us to a plumber that was excellent and reasonably priced. Don came back after all was done to finish snaking out the line to the street, it was very very difficult. Don was very persistent and what should have taken about 30 minutes took 2 and a half hours , which during this time my husband and I were on pins and needles. Don assured us that if the snake didn't work, he would be back with a water jet. Long story short, we can't say enough high praises for Don and his service. He was there when he said he would be and has a very high quality work ethic and his cost is set with his customer in mind. I would give him 10 stars !
