| MJ . | Glad I chose this place to take my Dyson to get fixed! They had to order special parts, but finished the repair in a week. Only charged me 40 + parts to repair which I think is a great deal. Receptionist even helped me bring my vacuum to my car! My only criticism is that the parts were 30 and I later found it on amazon for 6, but the customer service was great so it was worth it. Plus Dyson is a great vacuum company and I'd rather pay the 70 for an expert to repair it then spend way more to get a new one or possibly struggle to fix it myself. |
