Super knowledgeable, dependable and punctual. We had an issue with the fan and computer board inside our fridge GE; I called 5 other places first which was a huge mistake if I would've known Andy in the first place, and it would've been at least 4-5 days until someone could even come out to check out the situation! Andy picked up the phone right away and was at my house within the hour super hero. He diagnosed the issue while trying multiple on-site options, however, we ended up needing a new fan and computer board, and just like magic, he got the parts and installed them within 48 hours. Works like new and saved me a ton of money. I can't say enough positive things about this business. Look no further than Andy!! |
