Phenomenal customer service. Shawn greeted me as soon as I entered and lead me to Jude upstairs in clearance section. Both super accommodating even though I was only looking at clearance furniture. Jude took the time to get to know me and provided her opinions on my selections. Shawn checked me out and made special arrangements to have one of my clearance items delivered. Fantastic experience! Will definitely go back for my future furniture needs!!

Some of the sales staff were quite overbearing. Following us around like mother goose and asking multiple times if we needed help. It was hard to focus. However, once we went upstairs we found some great deals and Jenni G. Was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Shawn was extremely courteous, friendly and funny. He wasn't pushy but rather extremely helpful at the right times when we had questions. He didn't linger which we greatly appreciated. It didn't seem to be about the sale but more of the experience. We had two small crazy children with us and while maintaining a professional mannerism, he told them jokes and gave them stuff to color with while we made decisions. Thank you!!
