After the recent build of another building, we knew we wanted the same vacuum in the new building. Contacting Sara's Vac Shack was extremely quick and easy. They assisted in a quick analysis to assure they had the same vacuum in stock, as well as putting the order together quickly due to the vacuum we needed being in stock. After the confirmation that it was ready to be picked up, I immediately hopped in my car to pick up the new vacuum. I think the whole process took maybe 30 minutes including drive time from first contact to walking out of their store. Not only are the vacuums very high quality and durable, the service is wonderful. Highly recommend! |
