| Showtime Fabrication | We had the motion controller computer go down on our main Messer CNC plate cutting machine. We called Terry and he came right out and immediately thought he knew the problem. He tore down the machine and removed the suspect components and took them to his shop. The next morning he came back and installed the repaired parts. Problem fixed!!! The machine was back up and running within 15hrs! Replacement parts were no longer available even though the machine is a 2006yr. The MFG would sell you their newest controller of course for 18K plus weeks of downtime which would have cost us equally as much! If you have an industrial machine that has an electrical failure give them a call, he will give you an honest opinion if its fixable or not. Thanks so much can't say enough good things about Primo Technology and Terry's expertise. |
| T N | Took my TV there. Sadly, in our case it couldn't be fixed. With that out of the way, these guys are a part of a dying breed, where more and more things are easily replaced than fixed. I do have to give them credit, my TV is not fixed but it ain't for lack of trying, they did a fair job trying to resolve the issue, but maybe it was just not in the stars. Any how, it was a good effort on their part. Obviously, a four star evaluation has to do with the unrepaired TV, but definatly a nice bunch, I would not mind giving them business again. |
