| B D | GP is an absolute rip-off. Over 1,300 to service 5 single door coolers, replace one gasket and one minor repair, the rest is labor. They overcharged us 1.5 hours on the first time over. The guy had to come back to install the gasket he ordered his first time around. 70 service call and 85 travel time. Those charges also appear on the main service call, so they charged it twice on top of their insanely high labor rate. Almost all labor 4 hours really, not 6 as they charged, service charges and travel time. Believe me, I feel completely ripped-off. In my opinion, look for a more reasonable company. |
