I called Bloomington Appliance to cancel and when he asked why I was canceling I said I found another person to do it and he very rudely asked why did I bother calling them in the first place. Before I had more than two words he hung up on me. Absolutely the rudest service person I have ever spoken with. |

I explained that we had already defrosted the fridge and that did not fix the issue. I finnaly explained to him that I hired him to fix my fridge not to have me do all the work. What a Joke! I wish I had the ability to use swear words to describe this company! |
