The washer was pricier than other brands, but rock solid so far. And yes, it can be noisy when the pump kicks in.... it's a washer! It's gonna be a little noisy. That being said, my last 2 washers were much noisier, and didn't self balance the way this one does. So there's my pitch for the machine, now for the store... they were all wonderful and so knowledgeable about their products. The sales gal told me so much about the everyday function, and the delivery guys told me more about the practical setup and made me realize I actually caused my last machine's failure!! The other store didn't give me any real helpful information, but did try to get me to upscale my purchase by a few hundred dollars. The delivery/service/guys even made 2 trips to help me make sure it was setup correctly and hoses were how they needed to be. 10 stars if I could |
