| Greg Danner | Had a garage heater installed on 10/17. Jim came out and quickly provided an estimate. Work was scheduled and the crew arrived on time. Initially a part was not ordered, but Jim was able to correct the problem quickly and work moved forward as scheduled. The guys did a great job and were very friendly and respectful. So why not 5 stars you ask? I subtracted 1 star based on a few factors. All minor, but a little iterating none the less. For me to give 5 stars it has to be exceptional, and unfortunately this just didn't quit get there. For starters, when it came to clean up, I needed to provide the broom and dust pan. But several spots were missed that I needed to clean up afterwards. Then when the heater was plugged in, they plugged it into a light fixture socket. When I pointed out it wouldn't work unless the light was on, he just shrugged his shoulders and said I guess you'll need an extension cord then. I thought I was paying them to make it work, not for me to make it work? So yes, minor, and now at least I have heat in my garage. Overall, good job but not great. |
| steve schwartz | I hired liberty a few months ago to install a new furnace and AC. I recieved 3 quotes all together. Liberty came in the middle. I felt most comfortable with Jim and his crew. I'm sure glad I went with liberty. Today I called liberty for a strange sound in my furnace. Within 3 hours they came to my house! Same day as my call. It turned out to be acorns! No idea how a chipmunk got any acorns in there, but it happened. Dan the technician said it was a first in his 35 years. Anyway, their customer service and work is the best. I would never hire anybody but liberty. Since I am in the trades myself, I know great products and customer service when I see it. I am very particular who I hire, and they are hands down the best. I really advise anybody getting quotes to at least get one from Liberty. That is all. |
