Bianca B | Just moved into our new home and have a 1 year warranty on appliances. Called Sears on monday to come check out our stove because the left side is not igniting. Sears scheduled us for Wednesday between 12-4. They did not call but instead TEXTED us at 3:30 to be rescheduled for the following day for the same time. Thursday we receive a call that the tech supposedly had an emergency so will need to be rescheduled once again. We opted out. Today we just received a call asking us how the service was. Working in customer service I can be very lenient on things because I understand. However I will never support sears after this. |
