I briefly explained what was wrong to Scot and he instantly knew the problem something was stuck, so it wasn't switching over to ground suction...opened parts I didn't even know were there and cleared the...mascara wand, oops. He also checked my filters and didn't seem to be bothered by the cat litter pouring out of every nook and cranny. Once it all looked good he sent me on my way, free of charge!
