The tech was quick and abrupt. He removed one panel and tinkered for about 5 minutes before declaring the issue with our dryer. I requested that he further investigate to ensure that was in fact the only issue and additional ones wouldn't be discovered when that part, which had to be ordered, arrived and was replaced. He refused to do so and spoke disparagingly about another repair company claiming he wasn't making a mistake. I refused to sign the work order and continued to implore him to do his due diligence. He simply left. Techs should examine the entire appliance to be certain the issues will be repaired in a timely fashion and without delay. The customer service I received was abhorrent. We won't be using this company again and Consumers energy has center notified of the incompetence displayed.

Had a technician come out 4 different times. The first visit was the assessment. The wrong part was ordered the second time. The “correct” part was put in on the 3rd visit which didn't fix the problem. During the 4th visit I was told that it was possibly a different part that needed to be replaced. Meanwhile I've already spent 200. I get a phone call the next day that they're going to go ahead and order a new 60 part. I told them not to order anything and I called a different company which solved the issue within 5 minutes. Turns out no new parts were ever necessary and the issue the entire time was simply grease buildup. I'm sure this will elicit a near illiterate response but so be it. Last time I seek services from a company with a multitude of horrendous reviews.

Avoid this company at all costs! Consumers Energy sent them out to my home to fix my oven. Here we are, 4 visits later, still no functioning oven. Their technician ordered the wrong part twice and failed to re-order the correct part. After I called them back several times, they tell me they have now ordered the part but it's on backorder for 2 weeks. At this point, I'm not sure if my oven will ever get fixed.
