Very respectable people the owner of the establishment is knowledgeable very well-respected person in the community always want to help people out when needed that's why we always deal with this place

I purchased a washer 5 years ago. While there they were very helpful and accommodating. Washer still works like a gem.

Please find another service provider. Our refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. This was the only business I could find open on Saturday to service a refrigerator. He came out and said he “reset the control panel.“ He said that it would cool down and was now working. Upon his recommendation I bought a refrigerator thermometer. The refrigerator failed to cool down. I called back first thing Monday morning to explain that the refrigerator was not fixed properly. The service man answered the phone. He pretended that he hadn't been the one to service our refrigerator. He said “I'll have to find the repair guy and send him over again.“ Two hours later I had not heard back. I called and the receptionist answered. I explained to her our situation. She said they couldn't come out until the next day. I said that we should be a priority since he had been out on Saturday and not fixed the appliance properly. She said “I ain't got no power than what I got.“ And then she hung up on me. A big waste of 113. But I'm willing to take the loss rather than have the strange folks back in my home. Save your effort and your money- do not use The Appliance Place!
