After having my appointment confirmed 3 straight days by Sears call center on the day of the actual appointment they no called, no showed on a four hour appointment window. I sat around all day waiting for someone to arrive. When I called and asked where they were I was then told that my appointment had been rescheduled for 11 days later!!! How can you “reschedule” an appointment without talking to the customer!?!? And how do I have to wait 11 days after YOU didn't show up for me or contact me!? I will avoid Sears at all costs from now on and I recommend you do as well. |
