Stephanie Beard | Very helpful and really friendly staff. Reasonably priced and had filters and belts for my vacuum in stock. |
Ronald Robey | Bought vacuum cleaner from Advanced several years ago. Brought it back for service and was very pleased with quick service. This is the place to go for vacuum cleaners. |
Dan Blanchfield | The customer service of this place is deplorable. I took a vacuum here which was supposedly going to be covered under warranty by Electrolux. However, upon arriving I was told that this was "user error" and "intentional damage caused by the user pulling on the cord". Cause isn't that what everyone does? Intentionally yank and pull on their cords to expose wires? I mean, who wouldn't want sparks shooting out of it when they turn it on?! I was also fortunate enough to then be lectured and given a demonstration on how to "properly" use a vacuum, as if I were 12 years old. I partially blame Electrolux for not specifying that this may not be covered, but also having them send their customers to a place with this horrible of customer service. This individual was extremely rude and demeaning. I would rather buy a new vacuum every other year than have to take the time to have it repaired by this individual. Do yourself a favor and just throw you vacuum out before considering having it repaired here. Again, I cannot express enough how horrible the customer service is. |
