When I got there I was told they didn't know know I was coming and that I had overbooked them. After sorting it out and purchasing the radio I was told because I showed up they were now 20 mins behind and wouldn't be able to fit me in today but that a week from then was open. Had I not made my appointment so far in advance this would be a non issue. I saw myself on their schedule on their computer so its beyond frustrating that they couldn't reach out within that week. Poor customer service all around. Went to the Dearborn location and they hooked it up |
