| Ryan V | I have a property just outside Alpena and needed my septic tank checked. I called from my out of town number which may or may not have had an influence on her reaction but Lynn answered and I introduced myself briefly... "My name and I am calling about a property just north of Alpena that I would like my septic tank looked at and serviced if possible." I couldn't even finish past the "my septic tank" before Lynn said, "I'm actually in a meeting right now, could you call back tomorrow?" This was at around 12:30pm and although she may have been in a meeting, the tone was of that I don't want to deal with you right now possibly from the out of town I am not sure Anyways, as a small business manager myself, if I was in a meeting and I answered the phone, I would have taken a name and or at least said I apologize I'm finishing up a meeting could you please call back later on which is not recommended for new customers anyways always close and get their information so you call them back and show your customer service.. Unfortunate situation but will not be recommending them for any service as initial customer service is priority, especially for new customers. |
