We did not even know that we already had the parts for the transfer left over from initial installation 20 years ago. Chris indicated that we probably already had the parts and he was correct! in the process of changing over he strongly suggested we needed our furnace cleaned out we agreed, it had been several years since the last cleaning. He was willing to work around our schedule, always communicating with us in regards to arrival times. His communication throughout the process was excellent. He also talked extensively with my husband about other ways to improve our heating system. His cost were well within our budget and we are very happy that we was able to work with Chris on this transition. Thanks Chris we are now up and running good.
