allen was our technician. the tech diagnosed our fridge as needing a new compressor and did not attempt to fix the fridge, told us to throw it out and get a new fridge because the cost of the repair exceeded its worth. this tech is a complete liar and con artist. i was stuck paying him 105 fee for him to tell me that and leave. that day my husband called sears and found out that the fridge compressor is infact covered under warranty..and that the tech looks that up and knows that. i had to pay another 105 for another tech to come out and do the repair. another service charge. they try to get away with not fixing things under warranty and service fees for more “trips” to your house when they come unprepared w/o the parts.
