Luciano is the Owner and the one who replied to my chat request; not some unknown person, in some unknown place, speaking with some unknown level of authority or unknown level of knowledge or some ebayer. Luciano spoke with knowledge and experience. Cosmetics are important to me, especially as I do not usually buy used items or used items that cost as much as a Pico! Luciano hand-selected my machine and sent extensive pics. He provided great communication thru e-mail, didn't pressure me, and held my machine while I arrived at a decision. My new Pico the exact one he showed me arrived as promised and literally looks and operates like brand-new!!! I saved 700 over brand-new on-sale and could not be more pleased; with my decision, my machine, and in my experience with ESPRESSO MACHINE EXPERTS. Top-Shelf, Class-Act operation... |
